About Trusted Friends

In 2010 I lost my best friend and soulmate - Inca. He was the most beautiful Springador and my companion of 15 years. In the same year I also lost my beloved Dad. 

Both rocked my world. It made me appreciate loss in a way that I hadn't before and it changed me as a person forever.

My past work experience with bereaved families, along with the loss I was feeling at the time and my complete and utter love of and connection to animals, inspired me to form Trusted Friends Pet Funeral Services – a lasting legacy to my best friend, Inca. 

Our companions can have a 'spiritual knowing' of us that cannot be replicated and sometimes our need to hold onto the closeness of that bond and keep it alive in our lives can become overwhelming. 

Having a memento of them, creating a memorial to them or cherishing a keepsake of them eternally can help us carry on without them physically by our side. Honouring their significance can show the profound value of the memories that we hold.

As a company and a family here to help yours, we have looked after families for over 16 years offering private, dignified and respectful individual cremations.  We have established a reputation that shows our commitment to the care that every pet and family has received during that time.

At this point in our lives we use our expertise and experience to help families remember and cherish their beloved companions in many different beautiful ways . Our ethos of understanding, compassion and unwavering support is as important to us now as it always has been....our journey continues.
