"When our poor eleven month old kitten, Missy, lost the fight against so many illnesses our lives were shattered. You never expect to have to put your baby to sleep at such an early age. We dedicated so much time to try and get her better and the vets (Greensands vets) were beyond wonderful. In the end though sadly the awful day came..

We have never been so fortunate as the day my friend told us about trusted friends for cremating our precious babies. Alison and her team showed us so much compassion, empathy and professionalism and gave Missy her final resting place.

Alison and her team are true angels for looking after our babies when we are mourning their loss.

"On 1st February my world fell apart when I had to make the agonising decision to say goodbye to my very loyal and dear companion Scooby. He had a very good life at nearly 16 years old,when he sadly lost his battle. No matter how old they are, I cannot begin to put into words how it felt to make that horrible decision to finally let him go forever.

No time is long enough to love them or prepare you for that awful day when you have to say goodbye and this for me still remains quite raw.

From the bottom of my heart I honestly cannot thank Alison enough for all her help, support and compassion on that day. It absolutely broke my heart to say goodbye to him and I know that a piece of me went with him that day.

The sensitivity and attention to detail Alison takes is truly inspiring. She was able to take away all the pain and upset in a heart beat simply by allowing me a safe place to say my goodbyes and see him at peace one last time.

After what was quite a traumatic and upsetting morning, being given this opportunity means more than anyone could ever know and I'm relieved that this is the last image I have to treasure of him.

I would happily recommend with all my heart the beautiful service "Trusted friends" offers to all animal lovers who have to face that horrible day. If there was any relief I could take away from losing my Scooby, it would be knowing that when that dreaded day comes around for my other loved animals, I know that they will be in the safest hands with Alison and she will be there with open arms to look after them with understanding and kindness - A guardian Angel for all our Animals.

I cannot begin to put into words how grateful and thankful we are that we found you and your team, to take special care of our little man at a time in our lives that was unbearable and unimaginable.

When you lose a true and trusted friend that has been a huge part of your life for 16 years, it is heart warming to find someone that shows such empathy and compassion when faced with this void in your life.

Pickle was my soul mate that never left my side, we shared everything, he was my rock through happy times and sad and never ever let me down.

Wherever I was so was he, I already miss him terribly and still expect him to greet me after a long hard day with a warm cuddle, we get so attached it is hard when they are no longer here.

Meeting you confirmed I had definitely made the right decision and your extra little touches were a perfect addition which I will treasure for always x

Why don't we ever think about a little lock of fur and what a special memory we could easily had let slip through our fingers were it not for your thoughtfulness.
